By September 1, 2008 all departments and units will be notified of the requirements of Article IX, including the implementation of a job posting listserve created to facilitate distribution of information about relevant GSI/GSSA openings to those who wish to receive it. Unit administrators will begin using the listserve to disseminate such information (as described in Article IX Section A. ‘Postings’) by no later than January 31, 2009.  

Access to the listserve will be available to voluntary subscribers. Procedures for subscribing-to and resigning-from listserve participation will be made available on the University-wide website containing information regarding unit GSI/GSSA posting practices by no later than January 31, 2009.
