The Parties agree competitive support packages are essential to attracting and retaining the best and brightest graduate students. In light of the current competitive environment nationally, in addition to the adjustments to the minimum full-time equivalent salary rate set forth in Article 10 Section C, the minimum full-time equivalent salary rate shall increase as follows: Effective September 1, 2008 - $480 Effective September 1, 2009 - $75 Effective September 1, 2010 - $75 This Memorandum of Understanding shall expire on September 2, 2010.
